After 10 years of heading global Sustainability and Social Impact at McKinsey and Company, Doro made a switch to a new sector to lead Sustainable Business for one of the world’s biggest telecom companies, Vodafone. Only months after starting her new role, the COVID-19 pandemic hit and the industry stood up to connect the world. Doro is leading Vodafone’s purpose driven agenda for its employees and customers, globally.
 
In these moments, we ask Doro to talk about Sustainable Business and its significance. Sustainable business is no longer ‘a nice to have’.  It’s complex. It’s urgent. Mankind is late. The effects of climate change are felt by everyone around the world. Businesses must redesign and innovate to reduce emissions.
